The KHA Quality team will host Part 2 of Process Improvement 101 on June 4 from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. (ET). This educational webinar series on process improvement (PI) is a comprehensive learning series designed to enhance your understanding and proficiency in the PI process. Through this initiative, the KHA Quality team aims to ignite inspiration and equip you with the skills to effectively tackle health care’s many quality and safety challenges.

Objectives:
- Define Process improvement terms and explain the next 2 steps in PI process: Defining the
goal & communicating the goal. - Explain what the S.M.A.R.T goal is and how to construct one.
- Be able to identify how a goal is communicated, in which order it is communicated, and
ways to communicate the goal.
Intended Audience: Healthcare leaders, quality improvement leaders and staff, risk managers,
patient safety personnel, physician leaders, and any healthcare worker interested in using the PI
process.
