This town hall will give an overview of the mission of KY Healthcare Preparedness Program (HPP) and associated Healthcare Coalitions (HCCs).  Goal of presentation is to educate and inform how HPP/HCCs are the force multipliers during emergency response and recovery.  Explain how HPP leverages a vast communication network for real-time situational awareness and rapid communication to the healthcare and emergency response network.  Explain how HPP/HCCs coordinate critical resources, coordinate with local, state, and federal agencies, and leverage a network of specialty and subject matter experts.
