This tabletop will test the chemical surge annex that is currently in draft form.  It will be used to determine gaps in our plan and to adjust.  This exercise is scheduled for a coalition meeting day so that hospitals and members have it already on their calendar.  This TTX is ONLY in person and the final details are being worked out.  The sitman will be sent out at the end of February.
