The John E. and Betty A. Capito Scholarship Fund was established as perpetual trust within the College Heights Foundation on January 4, 1995, by a gift made by Mr. John W. Capito.
Recipients are to be full-time students at Western Kentucky University.
Recipients must be majoring in nursing.
Recipients must be residents of Kentucky.
Preference is given to students residing in Bowling Green or Warren County, with residents of the counties contiguous to Warren given second consideration.
