Health Career Pathway Partnership Program (H3P)
The Health Career Pathway Partnership Program (H3P), led by the Eastern Kentucky Concentrated Employment Program, Inc. (EKCEP), supports unemployed and underemployed individuals in pursuing nursing careers. The program helps employees advance in their careers while receiving mentorship and support to encourage upward mobility.
