The Health Career Pathway Partnership Program (H3P) through Eastern Kentucky Concentrated Employment Program, Inc. (EKCEP) helps unemployed and underemployed individuals in the region take advantage of a nursing career and help employees progress in their career while mentoring and encouraging upward mobility.
