The Big Sandy Community Action Program offers the Health Career Pathway Partnership Program (H3P) to support employment and training services for adult, laid-off, and dislocated workers through the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) in Floyd, Johnson, Magoffin, Martin, and Pike counties.
