Fair Chance Academy
The Kentucky Chamber Foundation’s Workforce Recovery Program launched the first-ever Fair Chance Academy in May 2022. The academy provides businesses with training and resources to create fair chance workplaces that offer transformational employment opportunities. To date, 100 Kentuckians have participated in the first four cohorts of companies certified as fair chance employers, including eight healthcare organizations.
