Eastern Kentucky Collaborative
Launched in November 2023, the Eastern Kentucky Collaborative brings together HR directors, workforce development coordinators, and educators across the region to address the unique needs of eastern Kentucky. The collaboration focuses on three key areas: improving K-12 engagement, creating grant funding opportunities for training and upskilling, and addressing challenges in clinical rotation scheduling and staffing.
