Hospital Rate Improvement Program: Ensuring Access and Better Quality
This one-sheet, provided to legislators as they considered HB 75 during the 2023 session of the General Assembly, highlights the Hospital Rate Improvement Program (HRIP), which allows the state to draw down federal funds to pay a supplemental Medicaid payment to Kentucky hospitals.
