Baptist Health Paducah Clinical Career Development Program
The Clinical Career Development Program at Baptist Health Paducah supports students in achieving their career goals while gaining valuable work experience. Open to local high school graduates of health science programs from the Paducah Innovation Hub, this initiative provides paid part-time positions, mentorship, and professional development opportunities as participants pursue degrees in nursing, surgical technology, radiography, respiratory therapy, or medical laboratory science. With opportunities for scholarships, minimal student debt, and competitive starting pay, the program helps students build rewarding careers in health care.
