Nursing Educator Institute
Conversations with hospitals have identified a statewide need for additional clinical and nursing program faculty. In partnership with the Health Careers Collaborative of Greater Louisville (HCCGL) and the CEO Council (CEOc), stakeholders are exploring a pilot training program in Louisville to address this gap. The initiative targets current nurses and retirees eligible to teach, helping to expand the nursing faculty pipeline.
