When I Grow Up: PMC Workforce Development Program
The Pikeville Medical Center Workforce Development team engages elementary school students in health care career exploration through the “When I Grow Up” program. With visits from “Buddy Bear,” the mascot of Mettu Children’s Hospital at PMC, this initiative inspires early interest in the health care field.
