The Leapfrog Group’s Safety Grade is a publicly-reported representation of the performance of healthcare organizations across many fields of quality and patient safety. The KHA Quality Team is proud to celebrate the twelve Kentucky hospitals who achieved “A” scores in their Fall 2023 Leapfrog reports! In order to promote shared learning and inspire other hospitals in their own safety journeys, we are thrilled to bring you this second part of a two-part virtual learning series. In it, several of those “A”-scoring hospitals will join us  to discuss the challenges they encountered as they achieved their success and what their plans are as they move forward in their work to sustain their excellent patient safety standards.
